Real Dream Vision fully complies with Florida laws for unlicensed architectural and civil design/drafting services. We deliver precise design documents for planning, budgeting, visualization, and coordination—ideal for residential, commercial, and preliminary civil concepts. As the owner pursues studies at the University of Central Florida and is not yet a licensed Architect/Engineer, we do not provide stamped plans.

For any project needing certified/sealed drawings (e.g., permits, construction), we partner with licensed professionals for review, stamping, and code compliance. This ensures your documents are legally sound and ready to build.

What types of services does Real Dream Vision offer?

We excel in architectural drafting/design (2D/3D plans, as-builts, elevations, site layouts), plus emerging civil concepts (infrastructure visualizations, utility layouts, landscape impacts). Coming soon: animations, game design, and custom engravings. Every deliverable prioritizes accuracy, your timeline, and seamless pro collaboration.
