Legal & Licensing Information

Real Dream Vision operates fully within Florida’s laws governing unlicensed architectural design and drafting services. We provide detailed and accurate design documents ideal for planning, budgeting, and project coordination. However, since the owner is currently attending the University of Central Florida and is not yet a licensed Architect/Engineer, Real Dream Vision does not issue architectural or engineering seals on plans.

For projects requiring sealed and certified drawings for permitting or construction, Real Dream Vision collaborates with licensed architects to ensure all documents are reviewed, stamped, and compliant with applicable building codes and regulations. This collaboration safeguards clients by combining expert drafting with professional oversight.

This approach guarantees legal compliance and delivers construction-ready documents that meet state and local standards.

What types of services does Real Dream Vision offer?

We specialize in architectural drafting and design, including 2D and 3D renderings, construction-ready plans, and visualizations. Additional services like animation, video game design, civil renderings, and gun engraving are coming soon as we expand our expert team.
